UniversalSystems was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We have call centers in Eden Prairie and Willmar, Minnesota, and in New Delhi, India, with development centers in Eden Prairie and Redmond, Washington. Our call centers are equipped with state of the art Avaya "Mosaix" Predictive Dialing Systems, and coupled with the Accelerator/ASP, these dialers give us, and you, a significant competitive advantage.
