July 30th, 2000 - UniversalSystems® releases Mosaix API version of their Operator Desktop

UniversalSystems® has released a Mosaix Agent API version of their Operator Desktop to facilitate high speed conferencing between Operators and Collectors using a skills-based routing algorithm. This version of the Operator Desktop will become UniversalSystems® standard product for deployment on Mosaix installations. This new Operator Desktop is parameter driven and can be configured for individual customers on installation, removing the need for tailored programming work and positively impacting installation time.
