October 9th, 2001 - IC System presents at Mosaix User Group 2001 Fall Conference

Mike Dunn of IC System presented the results of his company's use of the UniversalSystems® Accelerator at the Mosaix User Group's 2001 Fall Conference held at the Lancaster Host Resort, PA., October 8-11, 2001. IC System is a 3rd Party Collections agency and is the largest user of the UniversalSystems® Accelerator. The presentation was entitled "Predictive Dialing on Steroids" and looked at the experiences IC System had with the system and the hard returns it generated.
