October 15th, 2001 - Presentation at Thompson Financial Call Center Symposium

Alex Demczak, V.P. Collections, Mellon Bank, and Paul MacAree, V.P. Marketing and Business Development, UniversalSystems®, presented at the Thompson Financial 5th annual Financial Services Call Center Symposium in Orlando, Florida, October 15-16, 2001. The presentation was titled "Broaden Your Employee Base and Improve Your Productivity" and dealt with the efficiency and effectiveness benefits derived from Mellon's use of the UniversalSystems® Accelerator, and how the system enabled Visually Impaired and blind agents to work in the call center.
