In a recent trial conducted with a leading U.S. west coast bank, an Avaya Predictive dialing system used in conjunction with the UniversalSystems® Accelerator hit a peak performance measure of 167 connects per hour per agent with an average sustained level of 120 calls per hour per agent, and an abandonment rate of less than 0.9%.
