August 16th 2004, Minneapolis, MN -- UniversalSystems today announced that they will exhibit and
present at the Mosaix User Group conference being held in Las Vegas on September 13-15th 2004.
The yearly conference is open to users associated with Avaya's Predictive Dialing System.
Rob Hannley, UniversalSystems' Vice President of Client Solutions has been invited to present at the
conference. He will discuss "An Unfair Advantage" exploring productivity in the call center. In particular,
Rob will describe how the standard model of running an outbound call center can be improved, with the
result that each agent can reach twice as many contacts as before.
The Mosaix User Group Conference, now in its 13th year, will hold its annual meeting at the SunCoast
Hotel in Las Vegas, September 13-15th 2004. Users involved with Avaya's Predictive Dialing System
are invited to attend. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served, basis with a maximum
attendance of 250. The conference is entirely dialer focused, with presentations by knowledgeable
