The UniversalSystems® Accelerator/ASP Guarantee

The UniversalSystems® guarantee is designed to provide you with peace of mind. We are very aware that our productivity claims can seem extraordinarily high, and that you may have had experience of other organizations who have claimed gains for products that were never realized. While there is always risk in making a commitment of the kind you are being asked to make, we try to make it as easy and painless as possible. The basis of our guarantee is simple; we provide the results promised or you do not pay.

What is it we promise and how do we arrive at these figures? As part of the engagement process between our two organizations you will fill out a questionnaire, detailing the current outbound performance of a portfolio. This questionnaire is analyzed by UniversalSystems® consultants and a model is constructed to determine that portfolio's performance when used with UniversalSystems' solutions. To a certain extent we are able to crosscheck the responses given on the questionnaire to weed out any inconsistencies, and we have a great deal of experience in what the questionnaire responses should be for any given portfolio type. Since the projection provides the baseline of what UniversalSystems® will provide, both UniversalSystems® and yourselves will scrutinize it carefully before contract execution. The model provides three main things: The number of Right Party Connects (RPCs) you can deal with, the number of connects needed to provide these RPCs, and the staffing required. The UniversalSystems® guarantee is based on providing the projected connects within specified timeframes.

It is essential that the data provided on the questionnaire is accurate, and that staffing levels are maintained as recommended.

The UniversalSystems® Accelerator/ASP-1. This is an ASP deployment of the Accelerator where you provide Collectors and the dialer, and UniversalSystems® provide the Operators. UniversalSystems® guarantee that we will reach the projected results or you can terminate your contract with us at any time during the term of the agreement. All you have to pay is for the connections made on your behalf up to the point of termination. There may be other costs not covered by the guarantee (which can easily be identified and quantified) such as a configuration charge and T&E.

The UniversalSystems® Accelerator/ASP-2. This is an ASP deployment of the Accelerator where you provide Collectors, and UniversalSystems® provide the Operators and dialer. UniversalSystems® guarantee that we will meet the monthly projected results or you can terminate your contract with us at any time during the term of the agreement. All you have to pay for is the connections made on your behalf up to the point of termination. There may be other costs not covered by the guarantee (which can easily be identified and quantified) such as a configuration charge and T&E.
